How To Submit WA Cares Application

Instructions:

Now that you have your Contribution Determination letter, it’s time to actually apply to receive WA Cares benefits.

1. Scroll back to the top and click “Dashboard.” Scroll down to Step 2 ‘See if you meet the care needs requirement” and click “Submit Application” 

2. You will open up a new window via Docusign. Click “I agree” and digitally sign the attestation form then click “Finish” 

3. Next, find the button that says, “Request a scheduling call” 

4. Then choose which days and times are best to contact you.

5. Enter the best phone number to reach you, either the phone number listed on your account or a different number. 

During your scheduling call, the WA Cares representative will schedule a date and time for a WA Cares assessor to meet with you and determine if you need help with at least 3 of the activities listed behind me.
